Hi, I'm Holly! If you haven't seen my face yet, you must not have checked out our social media. I’m the real boss at Squeegee Cleans, while my pawrents work hard to bring me treats. Sometimes, I miss them since they work long days outside (this is me waiting for Dad to come home!). If you get a chance to spend time with my pawrents, just know they started this journey on their own. What began as a way to earn a little extra cash has now grown into a full-time business, where they can balance work and Holly time. So, any support for our growing business would mean the world to us.

How do you determine pricing for your services?

Our pricing is based on the specific needs of your property. For all cleaning services, we use your full address along with tools like Google Maps and property listings to provide an accurate quote. At times, we may request photos or arrange an in-person visit for a more precise quote.

What jobs won’t you take on?

Safety is our top priority. If a job is deemed unsafe—whether from initial photos, your description, or upon arrival—we will not proceed. This includes slippery surfaces (like algae-covered patios or wet decking), multiple obstacles, uneven ground, or any other hazards. While we may try safer alternatives, such as a water-fed pole, if the job remains unsafe, we will respectfully decline. Our focus is on delivering a high-quality clean while ensuring the safety of both your home and our team.

Are you fully insured?

Yes, we are fully insured for all the services we offer. Our coverage ensures both your property and our team are protected throughout the job. If you have any questions or would like more details about our insurance, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to provide peace of mind.

How do you take payment?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, and cash. Payments are due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. For added convenience, you can make payments through our client hub, where you can also view past payments, upcoming bookings, and other important details.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We work in most weather conditions, including light rain. However, if the weather becomes unsafe, such as heavy rain, storms, or strong winds, we may need to reschedule your service for safety reasons. We’ll keep you updated and find the next available day we have to complete the service.

What should I do on the day?

To ensure a smooth and safe service, please provide clear access to all work areas, with at least 1-2 meters of space for ladders. This may mean moving garden furniture. Make sure all windows are closed, and any gates or access points are left open—we’ll close them once we’re done. You don’t need to be home, but if applicable, we may ask to use your driveway (just let us know if you’d prefer otherwise). For safety, please keep pets indoors unless agreed otherwise. We’ll also send a text when we’re on the way—just sit back and enjoy the Squeegee Cleans experience!
